Twillingate RCMP are investigating after several tools were taken from a shed at the entrance to a popular hiking trail in Fairbank.

Police say the shed, which is located in the parking lot of the Friday’s Bay lookout trail, was broken into overnight on October 24.

A circular saw, two cordless drills, three hammers, a square measuring tape, and a box of screws were taken.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the RCMP (709-884-2811) or Crime stoppers.

Items stolen:

– DeWalt DCS391B 165mm circular saw

– DeWalt DCD771C2 cordless drill x 2

– Square measuring tape

– Hammers x 3

– Box of #8 x 3″ screws)
